At Bluebox, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bluebox account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
